These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Calm & Clarity Collective, including our website, workshops, courses, memberships, digital products, online communities, events, communications, and related services operated by Inspire & Elevate PC.

By accessing, purchasing, enrolling in, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our programs, communities, or services.

3. Educational Purpose Only

Calm & Clarity Collective is a therapist-led educational community that provides DBT-informed skills training, emotional wellness education, personal development content, workshops, and community support.

Participation in our programs does not establish a therapist-client relationship.

Our services are not psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, crisis intervention, medical care, or a substitute for professional services.

You acknowledge that any decisions you make based on information obtained through our services are solely your responsibility.

4. Crisis & Emergency Disclaimer

Our community is not monitored 24 hours a day and is not intended for crisis support.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, thoughts of self-harm, thoughts of harming others, or any situation requiring immediate assistance, contact:

Appropriate emergency services in your local jurisdiction

Do not rely on community posts, messages, comments, or support channels for emergency assistance.

5. Programs, Memberships & Services

We may provide:

Community memberships

Live trainings and events

We reserve the right to modify, update, discontinue, or replace any aspect of our services at any time.

Results are not guaranteed and vary based on individual participation and circumstances.

6. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.

By purchasing a product or membership, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:

Payments are non-refundable.

Membership fees renew according to the billing terms selected during enrollment.

You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancellation settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for failed payments, chargebacks, or payment disputes.

Provide professional advice while representing yourself as affiliated with Calm & Clarity Collective

Share another member's personal information without permission

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access, suspend memberships, or terminate accounts that violate these standards.

No refunds will be issued for removals resulting from violations of community guidelines.

9. Confidentiality & Community Interactions

While we encourage respectful treatment of information shared within the community, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.

Members are responsible for exercising discretion regarding what personal information they choose to share.

We are not responsible for information voluntarily disclosed by members in community spaces.

10. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Calm & Clarity Collective, including but not limited to:

Videos

Workshops

Training materials

Worksheets

Graphics

Downloads

Branding

Logos

Written content

is the intellectual property of Inspire & Elevate PC unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

Reproduce

Republish

Resell

Distribute

Modify

Share with non-members

without prior written permission.

11. User License

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use purchased materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.

This license may be revoked at any time for violations of these Terms.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

We make no guarantees regarding:

Personal outcomes

Emotional outcomes

Relationship outcomes

Business outcomes

Financial outcomes

We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inspire & Elevate PC, Calm & Clarity Collective, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inspire & Elevate PC, Calm & Clarity Collective, its employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the services

Your violation of these Terms

Your violation of applicable laws

Your interactions with other members

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within New Jersey.

16. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Changes become effective immediately upon posting.

Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
